The city and WSW are in negotiations to discuss a possible overall solution for the delayed external infrastructure development project, which involves connecting new buildings to the public sewage network and subsequent road construction. The project, initially the responsibility of the investor, has been put on hold due to an ongoing insolvency proceeding.

Despite the delay, construction of the external infrastructure is still scheduled to begin in the fall of 2025. Once the construction sequence is coordinated, the city and WSW will announce the next steps.
