Requirements: - A completed vocational training as a building cleaner is essential. - Several years of professional experience in building cleaning, with initial leadership experience. - Basic knowledge of Word, Excel, and Outlook. - A driver's license class B is required. - The candidate should work independently and in a structured manner. - Enjoyment of dealing with people is a necessary trait for the Team Leader position. - Service-oriented thinking and acting is expected.
