BPTP Wins Big at Realty+ Excellence Awards 2025 for Green, Future-Ready Residential Projects
BPTP Ltd. has been recognised for its innovative residential projects at the 17th Realty+ Excellence Awards 2025 - North. The company, led by Chairman and MD Kabul Chawla, received two prestigious awards for its future-oriented architecture and eco-friendly features.
BPTP's Amstoria Verti-Greens and GAIA Residences were honoured for their exceptional design and execution. Amstoria Verti-Greens, a skyscraper project, won the 'Skyscrapers Project of the Year' award. This project offers expansive club and amenity zones, including 15 sky gardens across five towers. It also boasts signature high-rise vertical gardens and energy-efficient technologies.
GAIA Residences, on the other hand, was recognised as the 'Design Project of the Year'. This project stands out for its future-first architecture and eco-friendly features. It features sky gardens with a yoga deck at 400 feet, a library lounge at 300 feet, and a co-working lounge at 200 feet. Both projects offer direct access to major business and shopping hubs in Gurugram and Delhi.
BPTP's commitment to creating inspiring, environmentally responsible, and future-ready spaces was recognised at the Realty+ Excellence Awards 2025.
