Bombardier Redeems $250M in Senior Notes, Buyer's Identity Unknown

Bombardier Inc. has completed a significant redemption of its senior notes, totaling $250 million, on October 4, 2025. The transaction was facilitated through the Depository Trust Company, adhering to its established procedures. Despite extensive searches, the identity of the buyer remains unknown.

The Canadian multinational aerospace and transportation company redeemed two of its outstanding senior notes. Firstly, it settled all $166,289,000 of its 7.125% Senior Notes due in 2026. Secondly, it also paid off the entire $83,711,000 of its 7.875% Senior Notes due in 2027.

The total redemption amount, $250 million, was purchased in October 2025. However, due to lack of available information, the buyer's identity remains a mystery.

Bombardier Inc. has successfully redeemed its senior notes, totaling $250 million, through the Depository Trust Company. Despite the substantial transaction, the buyer's identity remains unknown, leaving the market curious about the new investor.
