Azorra & FPG Amentum Complete Boeing 777-300ER Deal, Benefiting Philippine Airlines
Azorra and FPG Amentum have recently completed a transaction involving two Boeing 777-300ER aircraft, with Eliane Cotran from Azorra and Damon Connery from FPG Amentum expressing satisfaction about the deal.
Azorra, maintaining its flexible strategy across various aviation categories, has sold two of its Boeing 777-300ERs, with manufacturer serial numbers 61730 and 61731, to FPG Amentum. Despite the sale, the aircraft will continue to be leased to Philippine Airlines (PAL), indicating closer collaboration between lessors, asset managers, and the airline.
FPG Amentum, focusing on bolstering its portfolio with established, in-service aviation assets, has welcomed these two Boeing 777-300ERs. The transaction highlights the company's commitment to strengthening its fleet with reliable and proven aircraft.
The sale of the two Boeing 777-300ERs from Azorra to FPG Amentum demonstrates the ongoing cooperation among industry players. Despite the change in ownership, the aircraft will remain in service with PAL, ensuring continuity for the airline and its passengers.
