Arvind Fashions Appoints Amisha Jain as New CEO
Arvind Fashions Limited (AFL) has appointed Amisha Jain as its new Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer, effective September 30, 2025. Jain's appointment is part of a planned succession strategy approved by the company's board of directors.
Jain brings a wealth of experience to AFL, having held senior leadership positions at prominent retail, fashion, and consumer brands. She previously worked at Levi Strauss & Co., Zivame, and Nike India, and also had a stint at Arvind. Jain joined AFL on August 13, 2025, and her appointment is expected to align with the company's strategic focus on operational excellence, brand identity, and digital transformation.
Jain succeeds Shailesh Chaturvedi, who stepped down from the role. Under Chaturvedi's leadership, AFL successfully navigated significant transformation and brand consolidation, positioning the company for sustainable profitability. AFL manages a strong portfolio of brands, including U.S. Polo Assn., Arrow, Tommy Hilfiger, Calvin Klein, and Flying Machine.
Amisha Jain's appointment as MD and CEO of Arvind Fashions Limited is set to drive the company's strategic initiatives. With her extensive experience and proven track record, she is expected to strengthen AFL's operational excellence, brand equity, and digital transformation. Jain succeeds Shailesh Chaturvedi, who led the company through a significant transformation phase.
