Amazon's Pforzheim Division Transfers Leadership to Reisser Group
Reisser, the sanitary and installation specialist based in Böblingen, has announced a significant change in its management structure. Alexander Bruggner, currently the managing director of Amazon Pforzheim GmbH, has been appointed as a new member of Reisser's management board.
Bruggner's expertise in supply chain, logistics, and digital perspective has earned him praise from Jessica Reißer, managing director of Reisser's subsidiary Pikster and shareholder of Reisser AG. Bruggner's addition to Reisser's management board is seen as an excellent foundation for cooperation due to his experience and skills.
However, it is not clear if Bruggner's appointment is related to the restructuring of Reisser's supervisory board and management, which was reported by the Böblinger Bote newspaper on Monday. The specific role that Bruggner will play on Reisser's management board has not been specified in the announcement.
The restructuring also includes a change in the chairmanship of Reisser's supervisory board. Gianclaudio Sena, who has been in the position, will leave his post at the end of September. Sena's departure is reported to be at his own request. The Böblinger Bote newspaper reports this restructuring on its website.
Prior to joining Amazon Pforzheim, Bruggner held leadership positions at Endress+Hauser Conducta, Goertz+Schiele Corp., and Mapal WWS. Bruggner's previous experience in leadership roles outside of Amazon may contribute to his success in his new role at Reisser.
The exact date of Bruggner's appointment to Reisser's management board has not been specified in the article. The end date for Sena's tenure as chairman of Reisser's supervisory board is September 30.
It is an exciting time for Reisser as they embark on this new chapter with Bruggner's addition to their management team. More details about the restructuring and Bruggner's role are expected to be announced in due course.
