Accolade Acquires Aluprof's BTS Warehouse Facility in Bielsko-Biała West I
In a significant industrial real estate transaction, Accolade, a European investment group specializing in sustainable industrial infrastructure, has acquired the 7R BTS Bielsko-Biała West I warehouse facility. The acquisition was advised by the global law firm Norton Rose Fulbright.
The warehouse, located in Poland, covers approximately 20,000 square meters and includes production and office space. It was developed specifically to meet Aluprof’s operational, manufacturing, warehousing, and logistical requirements and is BREEAM certified at the Very Good level.
Aluprof, a leading European manufacturer of aluminum systems for windows, doors, façades, sunshades, and pergolas, is part of the Grupa Kęty S.A. Capital Group and operates in over 50 global markets with nearly 3,000 employees. The facility is fully leased to Aluprof.
The legal advisory team at Norton Rose Fulbright, based in Warsaw, was led by partner Magdalena Zienkiewicz. The supporting transaction team included counsel Jan Wszołek, senior associate Jakub Kowalczyk, associate Magdalena Olechniewicz-Blocher, and associates Karol Truszkowski and Wojciech Jaskulak. On the seller’s side, the 7R developer was advised by the Polish law firm SKJB Szybkowski Kuzma Jelen Brzoza-Ostrowska.
7R, a leading developer of high-quality commercial properties, developed the asset to meet Aluprof's core operational needs, including warehousing, manufacturing, and logistics. The building was tailored to Aluprof's functional and technological specifications for operational efficiency, safety, and a modern working environment.
Accolade's portfolio includes 62 industrial parks across eight countries, including Poland, Germany, and the Czech Republic. The acquisition represents a significant addition to their portfolio.
